see the medical history

Explanation:
Just an educated guess: Since it's below the diagnosis and before any other text, could it be an abbreviation for "katso sairaskertomus"?

abbrevation for some healthcare organization

Explanation:
Just a wild-wild guess. There seems to be a healthcare related organization "Pohjois-Karjalan sairaanhoito- ja sosiaalipalvelujen kuntayhtymä" (North- Carelian coalition of municipalities for healthcare and social service), abbreviated as P-KSSK.

Maybe there exists another similar coalition under the abbreviation just kssk; or maybe kssk is used here for 'p-kssk' (doctors are, if not world-famous, then at least Finland-famous for their baffling abbreviations).

knee surgery, supracondylar knee

Explanation:
I suppose the abbreviation is English, as it's certainly not a Finnish one.

Of course, it's not an "official" abbreviation, but doctors often use abbreviations of their own.

Without more context, it is impossible to say anything for sure, but it just occurred to me that the letters must refer to knees somehow, otherwise it does not make sense : )

I concluded "knee surgery" myself, but found SK here, so it is in fact a medical abbreviation:
