Finnish term or phrase: Pour las Poteluinas sumiss tevy:
Pour las Poteluinas sumiss tevy: Karoliuns w Katarinos Ri... Kartes-Poteluinis,qime Sermenis kivose 18 Sausia 1854 (Tukstantis as tuoni sim toi penkiosdesimt ket virtai sivismetais)

This is part of an offical document we have been given that belonged to old relatives(we think it may be Lithuanian as thaty is where the relatives came from) but parts of it also look Finnish.

Can anyone help translating this or at leasttell us what language it's in and what it's roughly about

Explanation:
The text is old Lithuanian and consists of mainly names and dates.
18 Sausia 1854 = 18 January 1854, and (Tukstantis... is the same in writing. I don't know Lithuanian, but that much I was able to find out. Some words in the text resemble Finnish, but are not. Please ask for a translation from Lithuanian.

It's not Finnish.

Explanation:
It doesn't even look like Estonian, and definitely not Finnish, not even old language. I'd stick to Lithuanian.
