| | to turn awkward and pointless | Explanation: ‘turata’ means ’do sth awkwardly, clumsily, pointlessly, without result’ (syn. e.g. ‘nyhertää, tuhertaa’). I couldn’t find any equivalent English verb, maybe their sex is always magnificent with an angel choir singing at the end.
The passage ”seksikin mennyt sellaseksi turaamiseksi” could be translated as ”even sex has turned awkward and pointless”
