There is obviously a typo, should be "tarkkuusvaaitus". More common word is "tarkkavaaitus".

I would say that there is some redundancy in the expression "Tarkkuuvaaitus mittaus". "Vaaitus" is a kind of measurement, so "mittaus" is not necessary.
