De waarborg wordt door de partijen geplaatst op een geïndividualiseerde rekening ten name van de Huurder.

I came across 'compte individualise' and then found allocated account and individual safekeeping account, but these both seem to refer to metal deposits.
I had thought of 'personal account', as the deposit is placed in the Lessee's name, but am not sure if that gets the full meaning of the term across.
