I am taking the meaning from a slightly different form of the word in the following context: Op die manier wordt er een systeem opgezet waardoor het makkelijker wordt om de in beslag genomen en verbeurdverklaarde goederen te repertoriëren. Here "repertoriëren" can only mean "to list, keep a list of".
"...al dan niet gerepertorieerd wordt" would read "will or will not be listed".
