Flemish to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / deed of partition
Flemish term or phrase: verklaring pro fisco
This term appears in sub-header with the following info:

A definition (in Dutch) for this is:

(zie: http://www.notaris-devos.be/tekortschatting.htm)

English translation:'pro fisco' declaration
Explanation:

• NOMINAL PRICE
The nominal price is a price that is lower than the actual worth of the good.
Property may be bought at a nominal price. However to avoid the risk of fines and additional costs, the contract must mention a specific declaration called 'pro fisco' which means that the registration fees are applied to the estimated price not the sale price.

As this seems peculiar to Belgium I would translate it as above and if necessary make a footnote.
