Flemish term or phrase: "(te) universelen of bijzonderen titel"
"De afgesloten overeenkomsten, met inbegrip van eventuele bijlagen, verbinden de leverancier en de rechtsopvolger(s) voor wat het voorwerp van deze overeenkomst betreft te universelen of bijzonderen titel."

I am puzzled by this sentence. Could someone please explain that last part?
