Exterior lamp bulb has fallen out

Explanation:
verlichting is actually lighting, but I am assuming this is what is meant, given it is a car manual.

lamp or light bulb, same difference. Failed is better, as in \"out of commission.\"

I guess I should have said dropped out to avert any misunderstanding. BTW Ge: ausfallen, Du: uitvallen, En: drop out and Da: udfald all also have the connotation of failing. But, Sw: bortfall.

disagree  Sven Petersson: I seriously doubt that a car manual would deal with lamps falling out!

  -> Don't be serious!

disagree  jarry (X): Fallen out? Surely that's not proper English for a lightbulb failing.

  -> No, but drop out is. The issue here is whether we are dealing with a light in a car, which I believe we are, rather than external or ambient lighting. .

11 mins
  -> thanks, Sven!

neutral  Yngve Roennike: This is more likely to occur in a troubleshooting section, so it doesn't seem like a title per se.
