Afdeling 4. — Douane en accijnzen
Art. 14. Artikel 312 van de Algemene wet van 18 juli 1977 inzake
douane en accijnzen wordt vervangen als volgt :
« Art. 312.Wanneer de te vereffenen sommen, de te verrichten aan- of
afschrijvingen of de te verlenen terugbetalingen inzake accijnzen,
taksen, boeten, nalatigheidsinteresten of enigerlei andere belasting of
retributie waarvan de inning, voor rekening van de Staat, is toevertrouwd
aan de administratie der douane en accijnzen, een fractie van
een cent behelst, dan wordt het bedrag, voor elke aanslag, betaling,
aanschrijving, afschrijving of terugbetaling op de cent naar boven of
naar beneden afgerond, al naar gelang de fractie 0,5 cent bereikt of
niet. »
