"Rasiermesser mit holländischen Garnelen, Zitronengras und Kartoffelpüree" Nach diesem Ausdruck habe ich mich vor ca. einem Monat auch "dumm" gesucht. Es ist eine längliche Muschel, die tatsächlich aussieht wie ein Rasiermesser. Der zitierte Satz ist meine Übersetzung, in dem Falle wurde auf dem "Messer" garniert. Habe jetzt auf die Schnelle den Link nicht mehr, aber googel doch einfach mal "Rasiermesser", da gibt es einige Rezepte:-) (Wenn ich noch einen guten Link finde, liefere ich ihn nach) |

Rasiermessermuschel wird bestimmt gebraucht, aber auch Schwertmuschel und Meerscheide. Der wissenschaftliche Name ist Ensis siliqua. Es ist bei und in Flandern die häufigste Muschel.
