Flemish term or phrase: IN RECHTE

Das Anwaltsschreiben ist in zwei Abschnitte unterteilt. Der erste Abschnitt heißt "IN FEITE" und der zweite Abschnitt "IN RECHTE".

Kann mir jemand sagen, wie die Entsprechung im Juristendeutsch heißt?

Explanation:
der erste Abschnitt heisst dann "Zu den Tatsachen" und am Schluss kommt dann Antrag oder Urteil/Beschluss

Die conclusies sind wie im niederrländischen Recht die Anträge/Schriftsätze der Parteien (conclusie van eis/van dupliek/in reconventie - natürlich immer unter Beachtung belgischen Rechts)

Asker: Vielen Dank für deine wertvollen Hinweise! Danach kommt nichts mehr außer "Inventaris", jedoch heißt der Titel des Dokuments "Conclusies". Wäre der dann mit "Beschluss" zu übersetzen?
