PAS de pluriel du type 'stresses', ça existe en anglais, mais ce n'est vraiment pas courant.
Donc soit vous écrivez 'aux stress pathogènes', ou 'au stress pathogène', soit alors 'aux divers types de stress pathogène' ou 'aux facteurs de stress pathogène' en faisant la pirouette !
