Bon matin à tous !

J'aimerais vite vérifier si la phrase suivante, reprise d'un jugement d'une affaire civile, est aussi incompréhensible pour vous qu'elle l'est pour moi. Ce texte a été rédigé hors de France et apparemment il s'agit d'une traduction.

- Ayant informé le demandeur, mais au détriment du défendeur, le nom de chaque juge, le nom du greffier et sur la compétence du tribunal (...)

le Tribunal décide ainsi:

A mon avis il serait logique de mettre "ayant informé x, au détriment de y, du nom de chaque juge, du nom du greffier etc.

Une idée ?
