Chaque Chambre exécutive comprend trois membres effectifs et six membres suppléants, élus pour quatre ans. Le résultat des élections a été publié aux annexes du Moniteur belge du 27 mars 2007.
Les Chambres exécutives sont présidées soit par un magistrat effectif ou honoraire, soit par un avocat inscrit depuis au moins dix ans à un Tableau de l'Ordre des Avocats, ou par leur suppléant respectif qui doit satisfaire aux mêmes conditions. Le Président et son suppléant sont nommés par le Roi pour une période de six ans. (Art. 8 de l'A.R. du 27.11.1985)
