保险受让人
经转让得到保险合同规定的权益的人。保险合同为对人契约，因此，合同上的权利，除人寿保险外，一般不得由投保人任意转让。但是，指示或无记名或财产保险合同，其权利可随同标的转移而转移。合伙人或共有人联合为被保险人时，其中一人或数人也可转让保险利益于其他合伙人或共有人，保险合同不因之而失效。人寿保险合同，以人身为标的，有特定的被保险人，不得为指示或无记名式。但人寿保险合同上的权利可以由投保人或被保人凭保险单而转让。若合同由第三人订立，其权利移转，非经被保险人书面承认不生效，若受益人以其权益转让他人时，不经过投保人的同意或合同未载明允许转让的，不发生效力。(王家桢)
