RAGU OD JANJETINE

SASTOJCI:

60 dag janjetine
8 dag margarina
2 glavice luka
10 dag šampinjona
50 dag rajčice
papar, sol
1 kocka mesne juhe
1 češanj češnjaka
lovorov list
1 žlica brašna

PRIPREMA:

Janjeća rebra izrežite na kocke i stavite pržiti na margarin. Kad je janjetina dobro porumenjela sa svih strana. stavite kosani luk i šampinjone izrezane na listiće. Sve zajedno još pržite dok ne ispari sva voda. Zatim nastavite pirjati poklopljeno dok sve ne omekša. U toku pirjanja domiješajte oguljene i izrezane rajčice (bez sjemenki), papar, sol, mesnu kocku i lovorov list. Pred kraj sve pobrašnite, stavite kosani češnjak, po potrebi malo vode i još pirjajte oko 10 minuta.

Ovaj aromatični ragu poslužite s kuhanim slanim krumpirom ili pireom od krumpira.
