ragoût d'agneau ragu od janjetine Explanation: Voici comment leéparer: RAGU OD JANJETINE SASTOJCI: 60 dag janjetine 8 dag margarina 2 glavice luka 10 dag ampinjona 50 dag rajčice papar, sol 1 kocka mesne juhe 1 čeanj čenjaka lovorov list 1 lica brana PRIPREMA: Janjeća rebra izreite na kocke i stavite priti na margarin. Kad je janjetina dobro porumenjela sa svih strana. stavite kosani luk i ampinjone izrezane na listiće. Sve zajedno jo prite dok ne ispari sva voda. Zatim nastavite pirjati poklopljeno dok sve ne omeka. U toku pirjanja domijeajte oguljene i izrezane rajčice (bez sjemenki), papar, sol, mesnu kocku i lovorov list. Pred kraj sve pobranite, stavite kosani čenjak, po potrebi malo vode i jo pirjajte oko 10 minuta. Ovaj aromatični ragu posluite s kuhanim slanim krumpirom ili pireom od krumpira. BONNE APETIT!
