Explanation:
Dvojnost je (skoro po definiciji) često zbunjujuća, ali kada stoji samo "Arrêté", onda se radi o podzakonskom aktu koji donosi jedno ili više ministarstava. Postoji, međutim, i "Arrêté préfectoral" što je bliže ekvivalentu naših uredbi. Hijerarhija pravnih akata može se vidjeti na donjem "Wikipedia" linku.

I u Hrvatskoj pravilnike potpisuju resorni ministri, jedino mi se čini da je u Francuskoj "arrete interministeriel" relativno čest dok u nas to nisam sretao (istina zakoni i pravilnici nisu moje omiljeno štivo).

Asker: Jasna mi je hijerarhija francuskih podzakonskih akata, samo je problem što imam tekst u kojem baš to moram prevesti (njihovu hijerarhijski niz, bez dodatnih objašnjenja). Ako sam dobro shvatila surfajući po internetu, uredbu obično potpisuje premijer. Ne bi li onda uredbi možda bilo bliže "decret"? A što je onda "arrete" ako potpisuje resorni ministar ili više njih? Čini mi se da u tom slučaju "pravilnik" ne bi štimao... Nisam sigurna...
