Ako se radi o romanu iz francuske književosti našao sam da se često navedeni pojam prevodi terminom kojeg sam naznačio. Mislim da navedeni pojam nije toliko korišten u današnjoj pravnoj terminologiji, ali da bi u navedenom književnom kontekstu mogao biti dobar prijevod.
