Law/Patents - Law (general) / Court call | | French term or phrase: assignation en divorce | Drage kolege i kolegice. Dakle radi se o pojmu ''assignation en divorce''. Ja sam mislio to prevesti kao ''brakorazvodno ročište''. Imate možda neki bolji prijedlog?

- podnosi se zahtjev
- posredovanje/pokušaj mirenja
- zapisnik o neuspjelom pokušaju mirenja
- nekakva nazovimo to službena tužba za razvod braka (?)

Asker: Našao sam također (surfajući po internetu) pojam tužbe za razvod braka pa ću taj pojam upotrijebiti budući da mislim da je dobar ekvivalent. Prvo sam mislio staviti zahtjev, ali on se prema nekom redoslijedu brakorazvodne parnice podnosi na početku. Zahvljujem Vam na pomoći. ;)
