radi se o izboru prebivališta, izabranom prebivalištu...
rečenica nije "čudna" na francuskom, to je uobičajeni pravni, francuski i vrlo je česta u tužbama i ostalim pravnim tekstovima. Samo francuski pravni jezik nije jednostavan...
Slično kao i kod talijanskog prava:

stranka odabire mjesto prebivališta kao mjesto dostave sudskih spisa, tj. u ovom slučaju stranka je izabrala odvjetnički ured kao svoje mjesto prebivališta, to znači da će joj se na odvjetnički ured slati svi sudski spisi, pozivi, odluke...
