French to Dutch translations [PRO]
Art/Literary - Architecture / restauration château | | French term or phrase: d'entre-deux en d'about | Zou er iemand een voorstel voor een vertaling kunnen geven voor :
"Deux panneaux de hauteur d'entre-deux et deux panneaux d'about sur lambris d'appui avec plinthe et cimaise formeront la décoration principale".

Zeker ben ik hier niet van hoor. Ik denk dat je ook gewoon met 'paneel' zou kunnen werken. 'Panneau de hauteur' is gewoon een rechthoekig paneel, 'd'entre-deux' is dat het ergens tussen staat. 'About' is dat het aan het einde van een serie komt. 'Panneaux d'about' zou je ook kunnen vertalen met 'eindstukken' als hat niet gaat om een beschilderd stuk zoals in Versailles of zo. Gewoon een 19de eeuwse houten lambrisering, bijvoorbeeld. |
