hier wordt er een gekleurde basiscreme mee bedoeld, maar het woord wordt voor allerlei make-up trucjes gebruikt.
Mijn 2e optie is om het woord 'embellisseur' op de een of andere manier weer te geven, een beetje zonde om het kwijt te raken.
