Ik ben het helemaal eens met Erik.
Je zou echter net zo goed cécémel, luxaflex, of zelfs aspirine kunnen gebruiken. Ik vrees alleen dat, als je het woord aspirine in één zin gebruikt met het woord hulpverlening, onbedoelde associaties gemaakt zullen worden!
Als we in het Nederlands spreken over merknamen die soortnaam geworden zijn, is Bic ook hét typevoorbeeld. Dus waarom niet laten staan?
