• Organisation des déménagements 2011 (900 personnes)
Le déménagement vers le nouveau bâtiment sera organisé en plusieurs phases:
o Fin octobre, chaque personne qui déménagera début 2011 recevra un mail individuel lui précisant sa future localisation dans le bâtiment ainsi qu’un plan détaillé précisant la micro-implantation de son nouveau poste de travail.
o A partir du 10 novembre, chaque personne sera invitée à remplir une fiche individuelle d’inventaire, afin d'estimer au mieux les volumes en cartons et effets divers à déménager par week-end et d'étudier la faisabilité des demandes spécifiques éventuelles.
o Le début des déménagements effectifs est planifié à partir de 16h00 aux dates fixées.
