Explanation:
Een ‘adjudication’ is een aanbesteding.
Inschrijven op een aanbesteding is ‘déposer une soumission’.

Een ‘soumission adjudicatrice’, is dat geen ‘inschrijving op een aanbesteding’? Het volgende voorbeeld lijkt een dergelijke vertaling niet uit te sluiten:

« […] une demande fait l’objet d’une très longue procédure. En voici lesétapes :
- inscrire la demande dans un programme triennal, un bail d’entretien, qui doit être approuvée par les commissions (travaux, conseils, collège),
- recherche des subsides,
- appel à soumission, vérification de la soumission adjudicatrice,
- approbation du choix par la R.W.,
- signature du ministre,
- acceptation de la subsidiation (on ne commence rien comme travaux tant que les subsides nesont pas versés dans les caisses communales).
C’est seulement à ce moment qu’on donne l’ordre de commencer les travaux et ceci, en accord avec la société adjudicatrice et en étant certain qu’elle tiendra les délais (amende de retard).»

Mogelijk wil ‘sur la basis de la soumission adjudicatrice’ daarom zoveel zeggen als:

‘op basis van [hetgeen daaromtrent bij] de inschrijving op de aanbesteding [is aangegeven].
