Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / handelsovereenkomst | | French term or phrase: négociation net-net , contrat net-net | Het betreft hier een handelsovereenkomst tussen een Franse inkoopcentrale en een Nederlandse producent. Bovenaan de overeenkomst staat 'accord commercial'. Direct daaronder 'négociation net-net' en daaronder 'contrat net-net'.
Voor zover ik weet houdt 'net-net' in dat het om prijzen gaat die zijn verminderd met alle afgesproken kortingen, maar ik kom er niet zo goed uit hoe ik het in combinatie met 'négociation' en 'contrat' moet vertalen. |
