Geen dank, maar zou 'cause impulsive et déterminante' niet vertaald moeten worden als 'determinerende beweegreden' of 'determinerende oorzaak', in plaats van 'dwingende en bepalende voorwaarde', 'verbindende en beslissende voorwaarde' of 'impulsieve en beslissende voorwaarde'?
