De volledige zin is : "Si les deux conditions résolutoires précitées ne sont pas défaillies pour le [datum en uur] au plus tard, la présente convention sera considérée nulle et non avenue, sauf si le vendeur préférait renoncer au bénéfice de ces conditions résolutoires."

Ik zou hiervan maken : "Als beide bovengenoemde opschortende voorwaarden vervuld zijn tegen uiterlijk [datum + uur], dan wordt deze overeenkomst als onbestaande beschouwd, tenzij de verkoper verkiest om af te zien van deze opschortende voorwaarden."

Maar vooral van het eerste deel van de zin ben ik niet zeker.
