Voor dépouilles vind ik met name (stoffelijke) resten, maar dat vind ik hier niet zo passen.

Alternatief: noch in de uitleg die art. 8.4 van de managementovereenkomst daaraan geeft.

Veronderstelling: art. 8.4 herneemt in essentie art: 337c al. 3 CO; beide gaan over de ontbinding van de arbeidsovereenkomst.
Als vergelijking weliswaar wat vergezocht, maar mogelijk ter verduidelijking:
« Il [Malevitch] veut faire une peinture qui ne soit que pure sensation, pure sensibilité picturale. C’est dans cet esprit de recherche de pureté en tant que telle, qu'il la dépouille de tout ce qui n’est pas son essence même, afin de pouvoir exprimer et ressentir ce qu’elle est pleinement. »
