Volgens mijn Van Dale handwoordenboek (!) is een affichette een 'klein aanplakbiljet'.
Wat de toevoeging ILV hier betekent is me een raadsel. De afkorting kan voor allerlei zaken staan, zoals: l'Institut linguistique de Verano (ILV); Improved Low Visibility (missile); Indicative Limit Value; Intermediate Launch Vehicle of Interne Leistungsverrechnung (German: internal accounting). Geen afkortingen die direct met een aanplakbiljet te maken hebben... (en maar één uit het Frans).
Ik hoop dat je er uitkomt...

Ik weet niet of er een NL term bestaat.
Affichetts zijn inderdaad kleine aanplakbiljetten.
