Explanation:
Poitrine is de borstkast, Het voorste deel v/d romp, waarvan je bv de omtrek meten kunt . Poitrail is de borst, de voorzijde v/h paars beneden de hals, het lichaamsdeel dat de trekkracht overbrengt op het tuig van een trekpaard; het borsttuig zelf heet ook poitrail.
