French term or phrase: hulp met zin

Zin: "TGV est relié aux réseaux de transports de proximité bien relié aux Trains à Grande Vitesse."

Mijn voorstel zou zijn "TGV is afgestemd op de lokale transportnetten die op hun beurt afgestemd zijn op de hogesnelheidstreinen", maar volgens mij slaat "bien relié" op "proximité" en dan tast ik effe in het duister.
