Problem with the last word.

At the moment I have it as:

"Counterbalance (Balanced???) Overpayments"

I'm no accountant - any help would be appreciated!

The last word is balance. Literal translation: Compensate too perceived...

again need to see more of the text but a compensating balance can sometimes be an error in accounts where entries are made in the wrong accounts but because they balance, they cancel each other out and thus make it difficult to find the error...
