appearing in court with lease in hand

Explanation:
Hello,

I have never seen "comparution" mean anything but "appearing in court." The "aux baux could possibly mean "with the leases."

Literally, "appearing in court with the leases"

Remember, "à" can mean "with" in French.

My translation would be then:

appearing in court with lease in hand

The persons in question must appear in court with the leases by which they are bound.

I hope this helps.
