Int. cour. s/cc Md $$$$$$ where $$$$$$ is either the name of a country or a name followed by the name of a country.

I suppose these are sister companies - but cannot work out what Md might mean and if it needs translating.

I realise MD means marque déposée, but here it's lower-case d.
