More idiomatic than "cash linkage accounts," -- but is the literal meaning distorted? I don't think so. Example:

The process of linking accounts at five Strategic Partners with member accounts at four credit unions is a complex one.

Account linkage "keys" must be stored where they can be accessed by the applications when required, and must be updated as Strategic Partner relationships change.
