Bus/Financial - Accounting
French term or phrase: avoirs à la clientèle
This is a head of damages being claimed by a company in relation to the use of an industrial process without proper testing which resulted in health and environmental problems.

The claim is for:

• gain manqué
• avoirs à la clientele

It is the customers who have complained about the products so is this money that they have yet to pay (and presumably won't hence the claim for damages)?

Thanks for your help.
