Lors de la phase de réalisation et mise en œuvre de la solution (phase 3), la façon de procéder à des modifications par lots devra être identifiée. Les modifications en lots devront être effectuées par des ressources spécifiques au central ou dans les directions immobilières. La façon de définir les équipements permettra de regrouper les entretiens et d’émettre automatiquement dans un même BdT toutes les tâches à effectuer. Les modifications en lots énoncées lors des ateliers d’architectures d’affaires/fonctionnelle sont les suivantes :
· Changement de localisations;
· Changement de regroupements;
· Inactivation des équipements;
· Inactivation ou changement de procédures d’entretien;
· Changement de comptes comptables;
· Déplacement d’équipement d’une direction à une autre.
