French term or phrase: Formulaire obligatoire, Art. 302 Septes, A bis du code General des Impots

My question is about the meaning of the term "Septes" as it occurs in above-cited phrase. It is found in the upper left-hand corner of a condensed balance sheet. I cannot find the term anywhere. Could it be a typo? Thanks for your help!
