French term or phrase: refacturation des affaires
The term "affaires" is posing a problem here:

This is from an Excel worksheet about an equipment rental group's strategic priorities for the upcoming year. Among these is "Etudier la refacturation annuelle des affaires issues du...." (these "affaires" are produced by a specific service for international customers.)

Thanks!

Explanation:
Hello,

It might be this, but I am far from sure.

affaire = a business transaction between
affaires = business transactions or just "business" in the sense of "all"

I hope this helps.

neutral  cc in nyc: "on of"?// But in those cases, the preposition is part of a codified verb phrase; "pass on" has a distinct meaning (viz., die), ditto for "strike off" (print, remove, etc.), but AFAIK not "bill on" – see entires in http://dictionary.reference.com

-> Seems natural to my ear, but may be Hiberno-English... Then again, you have "passing on of" "striking off of" and suchlike constructions
