Any ideas appreciated!

like-for-like
Explanation:
A périmètre comparable means "like-for-like", i.e. comparing exactly the same activities over two periods of time.
This notion is useful when a company has been buying or selling activities, thereby rendering comparison of two sets of results difficult.
In this case: like-for-like sales
I would translate "retraité" (which means the original figures have been recalculated to provide a meaningful basis for comparison) as "pro-forma", hence "pro-forma like-for-like sales"

For a comparable situation / In comparable circumstances

Explanation:
Périmètre is one of those words it is impossible to translate...

Often, the best choice is 'scope', but in this context it doesn't really work.

HTH anyway,

volume / turnover scope/ perimeter

Explanation:

This is asked before
http://www.proz.com/v3/index.php3?sp=h&sid=&id=46311&keyword...
and asker prefered consolidation,
in another http://www.proz.com/v3/index.php3?sp=h&sid=&id=10970&keyword...
asker prefered scope
In my opinion comparision is on the basis of volume /turnover of business
but even It may be scope of business as well.

"Given a comparable extent of company laboratory activities

Explanation:
over the past three years..."
This is based on the monolingual definition of Robert for périmètre, econ.; "étendue du secteur d'activité d'une entreprise...". But since "activités" in your sentence occurs later on, I've turned it around a bit.

with a constant scope of consolidation

Explanation:
This is what it usually means. Is it a group of companies?

based on comparable/identical group structure

Explanation:
Sorry to add this later, but based on experience I just have to say that I agree with Gillian above: if you're in consolidated accounts, the "périmètre" generally refers to the group structure, ie the companies included in it, and not the activities (even though the two may go together!. I would take your extract to mean "taking into account the same companies" over three years. Anyway like-for-like probably covers both!
