Explanation: I used to work in graphic arts in France, and the word "fabrication" cannot be separated from "suivi de", because it's a term. To do the "suivi de fabrication" involves being in charge of the whole production process of a printed document.

Are you seriously asking how to translate "fabrication"? And you know how to translate more difficult terms such as "suivi", "finalit", "supports" or "parution"? How about giving us a hint as to what you THINK it means.
