I'm really baffled by this. I know what a public address system is, but what could "collectivités du public address" possibly mean? This is from a description of a trade show specializing in point-of-sale communications.

Asker: I see their point and it does make more sense in this context because public address systems don't have much to do with what they're talking about. Thanks for changing the translation.
