French to English translations [PRO]

I'd like to know what "gratuits" means here. It appears to be a noun and the only translation I've found is "free circulation publication" (GDT), which is vaguely related to the advertising context but doesn't really seem to fit. Here's the section "gratuits" appears in:
"S’agissant des services média, le contrat devra présenter :
- Le corps principal avec articles protégeant vos intérêts (confidentialité, conditions générales de collaboration, non-concurrence, garanties, facturation, audit, modalités de résiliation, etc.)
Des annexes renouvelables chaque année présentant:
Des conditions d’achat garanties en début d’année, portant sur le budget total de l’année :
- Par support média: détail par titre, station, chaîne, etc
Détail des remises du brut total au net ( ou « net/net » selon pays)
- Conditions de **gratuits** + emplacements préférentiels
Le détail de ces conditions doit figurer en annexe du contrat qui est visé par les deux parties."
Is it a free service or advertising space, maybe as a bonus if you reserve a major space?

I'd go for the GDT translation. "Les gratuits" are newspapers, such as 20 minutes or Metro, handed out for free at metro and railways stations, paid for by a few but "largely highlighted" advertisements. Hence the peculiar provisions in the contract, on the same line as "preferred position". (have a look at the publicité/contacts tabat the bottom of the metro website - and read the digital edition of today's 20 minutes)
