I guess you might be able to find a more succint way of saying it, though.
The 'teasing', if I understand it rightly, will be some kind of promotional campaign that hints at the new site - a bit like the trailers that sometimes come out a long time before a new film release - not a full trailer, just a teaser.
And of course, if you want to borrow an anglicism and use it in French, you have to give it an -ing ending!!

Thinking about it a bit more, I would use a plural expression for 'chaque collaborateur' (e.g. 'all our staff'). Then you can use a non-gender-specific 'they' at the end of the sentence
