French to English translations [PRO]
Marketing - Advertising / Public Relations / cosmetics | | French term or phrase: CAM | Found on a slide with bar graphs following. I think the M is for market but am not sure. Does anyone know what this term means? Thanks

From what I've seen on the web, CAM tends to be used to mean "cumul annuel mobile". If you type "en CAM" between inverted commas, you'll see what I mean.
Anyway, this seems to have been discussed on a couple of other sites (WordReference and Mail Archive) and the suggested translation was as above. On the latter site, Steven Geller (who I seem to remember is a member of this site) provides a handy definition. It seems to get plenty of hits.
This is by no means a specialist area of mine, hence the low confidence level.
