-> Thanks, Enza! I was thinking that "reprise" may mean "used" (taken on by), but I don't think that makes much sense here. Boy, it's hard translating without much context (even with, too LOL). Maybe I'm just plain confused here, but I'm not alone if I am.

(same as) press ad/announcement, without/expurgated from its subjective/oriented content

Explanation:
You will certainly find much better translations, but here are some clarifications re the meaning:

- "reprise" here : re-used, copied

- parti-pris: subjective (opinion, argumentation) - see: prendre parti pour quelqu'un / pour une cause : to express oneself in favour of s.o./sthg
see also http://forum.wordreference.com/showthread.php?t=138314

- press ad or announcement depending on the context

--> idea : use the existing press ad/communiqué, but removing/deleting the partial/oriented/purely commercial content - so that the brochure is more objective, neutral (information/communication document rather than marketing/advertising doc).

my mistake, I saw that in this case the brochure is still an advertising material : press ad/announcement expurgated from its oriented content, then (e.g. comparison with ccompetitor's goods..)

agree  Yolanda Broad: Both are good. Press announcement seems to be a bit more used.
