I'm not quite sure what this refers to...is this the source of the student file? How does it provide customer contact information?

This is an article about a fashion brand's efforts to bring college women back into its stores despite the economic crisis. Thanks!

Une offre commerciale de - 20% a été proposée exclusivement aux étudiantes (sur présentation de leur carte) du 2 au 5 octobre et du 9 au 12 octobre dans l'ensemble des magasins français.
Cette opération relayée à la fois, dans nos magasins et dans un e-mailing envoyé auprès de 70 000 étudiantes (fichiers bureaux des élèves), avait pour objectif de faire revenir la cliente de 18 à 25 ans en magasin.

recherche d’un logement étudiant
Pour le logement, adressez-vous à l’Accomodation Office ou au Campus Residences Office de votre établissement. La plupart des universités réservent des chambres aux étudiants étrangers. Mais les places sont peu nombreuses. Comptez un peu plus de 2 000 euros pour une année en résidence universitaire.
La colocation en ville est également une bonne solution. De nombreuses offres sont affichées dans les Accomodation Offices, dans les Students Unions (bureaux des élèves). De France, vous pouvez prendre contact avec l’Irish Council for Overseas Students

Les bons plans sorties
Lisez Time out pour choisir vos sorties. Les pubs se remplissent à 18 h et les boîtes à 21 h... Idéal pour sortir sans pour autant être crevé le lendemain matin. Les prix sont très abordables : 5 € à 7 € dans la plupart des discothèques londoniennes. Autre bon plan, les soirées organisées par les Students' Unions (bureaux des élèves). Traquez aussi les affiches à la fac !

equally disturbing but might sound more palatable. They would still be pupils rather than students if at 'collège'....

je pense plutot qu'ils adressent leur offre aux BDE qui se chargent de distribuer les publicites/communiquer l'information a leurs membres, touchant ainsi potentiellement 70.000 etudiantes.
